If you are experiencing one of the following problems:

• Shockwave won't load.
• The program reports "missing xtra".
• A small graphic with an "X" is shown instead of the Shockwave loading bar.
• The game doesn't start for any other reason.

2. Clear out your internet cache.

If you are using Internet Explorer you do this by clicking "Internet Options" on the "Tools" menu, then clicking on "Delete Files" under "Temporary Internet Files." If you are using a different browser, search that browser's "help" files for deleting the cache or temporary internet files.
